ABOUT
ME
I'm a sound editor based in Manchester, UK.
For the last eight years in the industry I've worked within in a diverse range of media such as television, film and audiobooks.
Early in my career I interned with an Emmy Award winning post production sound studio in LA. Our relationship has grown to one where I was part of multiple projects in a professional capacity. Most notably a Dolby Fellowship award winning film.
My love of sound stems from a childhood in the countryside, and an appreciation of music and story telling.
I want to keep collaborating with passionate people to bring their project to life with an original soundscape.

The most pivotal element to sound in media is often dialogue.
As a dialogue editor my job is cleaning up production audio, ADR and building a strong foundation for the project.
Whether it's a short film, podcast or audiobook, I am here to provide that foundation you need.

Editing
Sound FX fill the world on screen and ground characters.
As a sound fx editor I cover room atmospheres to car passes, from the wind rustling through the trees to door closes. The mundane but also the weird and wonderful.
Field
Recording
Certain projects need specific sounds, like an ambisonic English forest recording for Winnie the Pooh in Christopher Robin.
I'm always armed with my recording kit ready to climb a mountain, venture into woods or get my feet wet down at the river.
